Where is the favicon?

Seem that celestiaproject.net/forum has lost the favicon.

I WANT THE FAVICON
I WANT THE FAVICON
I WANT THE FAVICON
I WANT THE FAVICON
I WANT THE FAVICON

Massimo,

I don't know what favicon you are seeing, but I'm not seeing it, and there's no favicon in the shatters.net pageinfo:

It was because I had the default theme.
I think, since 3.6.x of Firefox, the default theme doesn't store Favicons.
I installed a MacOSX theme and the Favicon has re-appeared.

I'm not sure that I like the new theme so I'll probably switch back to the default theme and just use that new theme when I want to store a Favicon. :)

Cheers

I just put the favicon back yesterday. I'm glad that it seems to be a popular change. :)

Chuft, in my FF the favicon is stored with the default theme active (recall my FF screendump in the topic concerning the URL's behaviour, in that image there isn't the favicon, yesterday magically did appear (and Chris explains why). Thus, I guess your FF problems aren't solved yet.

?? Sorry, I don't get the joke here,... I'm either a bit slow today, or it's just the German sense of humour that I'm not getting.

... but wait..."German" and "Humour"... is that an oxymoron?

At serious risk of moderator intervention here... (for racial stereotyping) 8)

Chuft, it's for me that! Although I'm part of the avatar revolting consortium.
Pirate baby unfortunately has had short life.

Oh, now I get it.
...It was an obscure reference to the Avatars Revolt on that other Celestia Forum.

( It appears that I am a little slow on the uptake today :) )

YES! ;-) Massimo got the point. Except that CelestialMatters is far from being "that other Celestia forum"...

This sort of Avatar says everything ;-)

What is that? ... It's so small I can barely make it out. 8)

Unfortunately, at that "other Celestia forum" the moderator appears to be a little "set in her ways".
I expected a more progressive attitude from a Renaissance Lady. :(

In fact, I found her response firstly to Runar's imprisonment, and then to the mailing of his ear very uncaring, or at the very least, rather enigmatic. Poor Runar has suffered a lot for the Revolution.

The favicon is great and some of the avatars are even greater. Seeing Lord Vader using a new instrument of torture makes me wonder if the Empire would have had more success using the vuvuzela instead of the dark side of the force!
