Bee Zed + Heliopause

This adds 2015 BZ509 or Bee Zed which is know for its 1/-1 orbital resonance with Jupiter.

This also adds a representation of the Heliopause.

Disclaimer: The nebula model and texture belong to Cham and his original addon and read me file are included with his license usage info. Voyager 1 not included.

One thing, clicking on the magnifying glass icon will just lead to an error message. Just an FYI since its been like that for a while.
