Not sure, first we're going to have to find a 3D model of BepiColombo.

Added after 50 minutes 41 seconds:
I found a 3D model of BepiColombo here: https://www.cosmos.esa.int/web/spice/cosmographia

I downloaded the file BEPIC.zip which contained the models and textures, so I created another zip file which only contains the models and textures.

Zip archive contents: 4 models, all in .3ds format. 2 textures, placed in a folder specially made for them.

Models: bepi_mcs.3ds, bepi_mmo.3ds, bepi_mpo.3ds, and bepi_mtm.3ds. I haven't opened them in Blender, so I have no idea what they look like.

Textures: mcs_D.png and mmo_D.png. The textures most likely are intended to wrap around the spacececrafts.

Download the zip archive here:

SpaceFanatic64

This site is very interesting.
There is also:
JUICE
ExoMars 2016
MARS-EXPRESS
ROSETTA
VENUS EXPRESS

BepiColombo:
mcs = this is the whole of Mercury Earth, mtm + mmo + mpo
module mtm = Mercury Transfer Module, it is the carrier
mmo module = Mercury Magnetospheric Orbiter
mpo module = Mercury Planetary Orbiter

ROSETTA: the models are 3ds and cmod. There are Rosetta + Philae, Rosetta only, Philae only, Lutecia, Stein, and CHURYUMOV-GERASIMENKO. But they forgot to put the textures.

JUICE: there is a 3ds model with its texture

Added after 6 minutes 15 seconds:
SpaceFanatic64,
Bepi models in cmod format for use with the 2 textures

Ok, Gironde. For data, I think there is a pre-launch trajectory on HORIZONS.

Yes, center mass: Sun or center mass Earth, the two are accessible in xyzv

we must take the model bepi_mcs.cmod for the moment because there is no data for the other elements. I think it will take a few years.
I already made the addon (with the 2 types of orbit) but I let you train if you want.

For JUICE, no data. The project is too far away.
For Philae, no data. Maybe we can put it on the ground on the comet.

Or you could use one of the ESA's SPICE kernels.
