Re: Spacecrafts for Celestia
Hey all, great to see you again! I've gotten the CMOD program to work (it's been so long that I don't even remember the name), so hopefully now I can create addons and contribute.

Back from the dead!
So, it has finally come, the day when I'm no longer interested in Trainz. I was starting to miss Celestia, and now I'm back! I am happy to return to the community, and it's nice to still see this place thriving. I've reinstalled Celestia Origin and immediately the memories of freely exploring space ...

I tried to read the article, but I could not understand what it said at all. Can someone explain it to me in simple terms?SevenSpheres wrote:The Celestia community has been a victim of the law of triviality a lot recently (thanks to LukeCEL for linking me to that article on Discord), but hopefully we can do better.

My (temporary) return
Hello, all! I have temporarily returned after a very long break. When I logged on for the first time in months, I had a grand total of 29 unread notifications! But with that aside, I can no longer keep up with the Celestia community, and a while ago I silently left the Celestia Discord server....

Leaving the Celestia community for a little while...
Hello. You can tell by the topic title that for a while I will leave the Celestia community until further notice. It's been a fun ride, but I feel that now it's time to leave. I will not make any new content during this time. The reason I'm leaving is because I've been focusing on other interests (m...

Re: A new Addon Repository concept (Formerly called "Should we make a new Motherlode?")
I do know for a fact that John Van Vliet is more active on Celestial Matters, though. As for Ulrich Dickmann (Adirondack), I have no clue if he's still active or not.

Re: A new Addon Repository concept (Formerly called "Should we make a new Motherlode?")
Something that I also noticed is that apart from the main page no longer displaying correctly, the addon subpages won't load at all. Instead, they just lead to a page that says "HTTP Error 500."

Re: This site doesn't have a GANGNAM STYLE post ...
I'm not trolling... That doesn't matter. What matters is that you have necroposted far too many times. In fact, if you were doing this on the KSP forums, you would have been banned already since they have a rule against necroposting. We have also been discussing an anti-necromancing rule here, and ...

Incredible! I thought that addon was gone for good. The only thing that I know is lost would be Hank Cotman's Alpha Omega system addon.

But only new accounts with no activity should be deleted, if the account shows signs of activity but later becomes inactive, then it's fine.

You're welcome. But if other people wanted to use it, they probably wouldn't want those names with VY Canis Majoris.Joey P. wrote:"unnecessary names" lol

Re: OMG! Planet Nine may be a black hole
This seems somewhat flawed. If it was a black hole, wouldn't the solar system already be sucked in?
