Re: Spacecrafts for Celestia

I'm preparing the trajectory of the Fly Safe spacecraft to release on this thread... which turns into political discussion out of nowhere! Please tell me we can put the thread on topic again... What the heck did we do to deserve this...

Re: Spacecrafts for Celestia

Yeah, albeit last time i checked, Starship (the grain silo-looking crewed second stage) is 50 meters tall, and its 2017 design had an pressurized volume of ~825 m3... So its not small at all!

Four planets in a soup: V342 Pegasi Sisyphus-HR8799.png And this one took even longer... I already have one prepared for tomorrow, but for now, we have a notable 4-planet young system in stock! Special thanks to Luke and Cham for the sprites and disks! [Some of the] Sources used: Sirius_Alpha's exo...

This is not accurate at all, because magenta does not exist, let alone being an blackbody color! Its an illusion of the human eye due to us not being able to see non-visible light.

Re: Hypothetical: Specific Rogue planet. When could be its discovery date given its orbital, size, and albedo parameters?

The rogue planet itself would had likely been discovered in the 1970s or 1980s, with the discovery survey likely being the Catalina Sky Survey (limiting magnitude: +21.5). Its moons would had likely been found at around the time Hubble was first operational, so around the early-to-mid 1990s.

For non-gamers, its like having many variants of the same thing. For example, CO has around a dozen variants of jovian textures, from Pioneer 10/11 in the 70s, to Juno and Hubble today.

The first directly imaged protoplanetary system: PDS 70 Sisyphus-PDS70.png Jeez, this one took seemingly forever! Since i dont really know how to describe such a complex system in few words, i will do Wikipedia to do the work: The star has a protoplanetary disk containing two nascent exoplanets, na...

Trappist, that's enough. Could you please be on topic and post "Pictures from Celestia", like the title of this thread says and like what I'm about to do, instead of pestering everyone to release their stuff in 5 seconds?

Also could you please stop making soo many irrelevant threads? Its hurting the forum's signal-to-noise ratio!
