Re: Electric Universe Theory

Everyone here thinks you're a crank and will continue to do so until you treat the science you're trying to work in with some level of seriousness. I wrote about many concrete things here, but you didnt even mentioned it, instead you posted some generic slogans. If this is more serious for you, the...

Re: New Celestia unified runtime database

Oh, maybe it's wrong statement. Perhaps I should to write "personal problems" or so, because while my health is heavely involved, I'm surely not going to die... Just not have enough "resources" anymore to participate in the project. And let's say it - I didnt add much to the proj...

Re: New Celestia unified runtime database

Bad news. Due to health problems, I have to withdraw from active developement (and modering). All code from AstroDb branch is free to use (as always). Best wishes for everyone.

Re: Celestia 1.7.0 Development Thread

Question: what do this file and this one actually do? Is there a way to see categories in Celestia? This is relatively new feature (I mean introduced in 1.7). But I dont remember if it is included in object info box in any frotend. But it was intended as a more general grouping mechanism without si...

Re: Electric Universe Theory

Hannes Alfven also proposed the Band structure model on the formation of the Solar System, whose planets, he says, collapsed due to electromagnetic interactions between the interiors of four molecular clouds near the Sun. I personally find this theory a little interesting - 1. The A cloud consists ...

Re: Spectral colors above class "O"

Some forums (the KSP forums for example) dont allow necromancing (aka revival of really old threads), so i assumed that this forum doesnt allow necromancing as well. Indeed, it's common practise, but personally I dont find it reasonable. Topics that shoudnt be cotinued, should be explicitely closed.

Re: Website is now hidden behind CloudFlare

But either way, I guess we shared some sensitive info that some hackers desire by accident? In fact I still cant imagine, what China may hope to achieve by ddos attack, except temporary disabling a service. But I remember other such an attacks on other forums I used. Maybe it's just "cracker p...

And now it's gone? RIP to "Spacecrafts for Celestia". toutatis, can you, if you want, make an archive of all the spacecraft addons that were placed in "Spacecrafts for Celestia" from the start? It would be very well apprecieated He wrote it was some time ago. And this topic stil...

I really didn't want to spend a lot of time arguing this. I was just trying to ask what, in your opinion, would confirm or disconfirm EU. You wrote two contradicting statement, IMHO. To me, convincing are evidence. Evidence are various and numerous, though. There is no single and simple observation...

Re: Electric Universe Theory

Is it possible for the forces of Gravitation and Electrical Magnetism to be complementary to each other in the Electric Model of the Universe, or is Gravity phased out? Existence of gravity is obvious. There are some ideas, though, that gravity may be an expression of electromagnetism or so. But co...
